Personal training sesh tomorrow

I’m so nervous. When I scheduled it, it said I would be training with a female. So I didn’t feel as nervous. But I got a reminder email and apparently I’ll be training with Toby. At least having a guy personal trainer will push me to my limit though, yeah?

Got myself an omega juicer yesterday! It works wonderfully. Thank goodness too, since working 11 to 4 messes up my eating BAD. Now I can just juice and have it ready to go (:

Insecurities got the best of me today. For some reason I could not get myself into a good mindset, and now all I can manage to think about are the reasons for my insecurities. This mindset along with my empty stomach are reminding me of my bad years as well. Time to try and forget myself and lose myself in a book so I can manage to fall asleep.

My friend is home for the summer and we’re joining the gym. I finally have a fitness buddy! My other friends are too self conscious to join the gym. Try as I might I can’t help change their mindsets, they have to do that on their own…

Not the healthiest eating I’ve had this weekend, but I feel the need to say;

I had pizza all weekend long.

And on Friday I ate a large pizza all by myself.

No, I don’t weigh 134376465 pounds now. My body doesn’t look any different from then and now.

So it’s pretty annoying to see people beating themselves up for indulging in a slice of cake, or a piece of chocolate, or some sort of craving. No one’s perfect, you can eliminate these things from your life but it’s extremely difficult to. If you give in one day, it’s not going to make you obese overnight.

You won’t weigh a million pounds the next day, and if you think you will, you need to fix the way you think. Your mental state needs to be healthy if you want to get healthy.

I know this is coming from someone who had pizza all weekend long, but trust me, lol.
